Helpful Tau-bot isn't helpful when it's wrong

This message produced the wrong time output for everyone involved. The author's timezone as configured in Slack was Mountain, which looks like it might be the problem; however, a subsequent message didn't trigger an incorrect response. So... Yeah. Let's figure that out.
Well, I tried reproducing with no luck. Just pasting the message resulted in a correct Tau-bot response. I tried tweaking the message a couple of ways, but it kept being correct. I even tried hard-coding the message sender's timezone to Mountain, but nope, Tau bot still posted the time correctly. We should hold this open to see if it happens again, but it's going to be really hard to fix if we can't reproduce it.
Not enough information to reproduce and debug. 🤷🏻♂️
