Follows on from work in Dayjo/react-character-map#25.
Note that a PR has been submitted upstream to add the Music character set, cleanup the Arrows set to remove some duplicates there, and add some additional characters that have been requested via GitHub/WP.org support.

@Sidsector9 sounds like we're good to merge & release upstream, so let's find time to work through that together when I'm back
