Retire "Resources" section

I am here (for example):

I am seeing this:

I propose:

  • Just go for one Metadata section; no top-level distinction of "Resources" versus (other) "Metadata". In this manner, the connection between actual content, as edited and viewed content, as rendered, will be more obvious.
  • I am not sure whether we need to have a section-based distinction between (what's called now) resources and the rest, but some grouping does make sense: first show semantic properties that link to external resources; then show outbound semantic properties (from this to another 101wiki pages); then show inbounds (from other 101wiki pages to "this").
