I found the script cannot extract annotations when there are some drawings on pdf，why not just ignore them?
I assure you there is no code here to deliberately ignore annotations when there are drawings on the PDF. If you have a sample PDF that demonstrates this, please reopen, but I'm guessing it's a limitation in pdfminer.
