Possible to relax pydantic dependency to include 1.9?

Hello,
Were there any breaking changes in the move to pydantic 1.8 or 1.9 that prevent relaxing the dependency constraints?

There are (from the looks of it) breaking changes to implementation of BaseSettings._build_values which is overridden in this lib
Hmm, they seem to have moved secret file management to a class of its own (and a couple of other changes)..
Are you planning to maintain this package?
Not using GCP right now, so no. Feel free to fork!
