Move all cloned repositories under a single repository

Currently we clone all the repo we need (Optimism monorepo, op-get, blockscout, ...) directly in the top-level directory, which is a little bit messy. It would be better if we added a clones directory and cloned under that.
This is pretty simple just requires updating the paths used in the scripts.
