New Feature: Redqueen/cmplog implementation

It would be nice to have a Redqueen implementation to automatically pass roadblocks. An example implementation is included in snapchange: https://github.com/awslabs/snapchange/blob/main/docs/REDQUEEN.md

Maybe someone has the time to do this.
