First voice clip in TIP #12 too loud

This voice clip was taken from the PS2 version. Since these are usually more quiet than those in the PS3 and Switch versions, it makes sense that you set their volume higher. This clip however appears to be an exception and is clearly louder than the ones that follow. I'd suggest lowering the volume somewhat.
