Kakera effect broken

Just making an issue for this. It's been reported to MG weeks back with no reply.
The update with the new Unity version seems to have broken the DrawFragment call, at least from what i tested with an old and new version of the game on Win x64. On the new build, the DrawFragment doesn't seem to do anything.
Nobody's pinged doddler directly about it and it may be needed to get eyes on it.
