Copy TL from Matsuri to Omote for scenes that are identical

A handful scenes in Miotsukushi Omote are line for line identical to scenes in Matsuribayashi. (The Ooishi/Akasaka bar scene, Ooishi at the police station, the mountain dogs fight at the hill) so it would be better to copy the official translation from Matsuri over to keep everything consistent.
Might be good to check for similar things in the other arcs too.
